Charcoal Standing Seam — Foothill Home
A full tear-off on a two-story foothill home. We stripped the aging asphalt shingles, replaced two sections of soft decking, and laid a high-temp synthetic underlayment before installing 24-gauge charcoal standing seam panels with concealed clips. Every valley, chimney, and sidewall got new custom-bent flashing, so the roof sheds Utah snow and hail without a single exposed fastener.

Bronze Metal Panel — Ranch Remodel
This brick ranch had lost shingles in two straight hail seasons. The owners wanted a roof they would not have to think about again, so we went with dark bronze metal panels over a low-slope hip roof, matched the trim to the garage door, and reworked the gutter line and drip edge for cleaner runoff away from the front walkway.

Galvalume Ridge Detail — Mountain Build
A new-construction roof in heavy snow country. The close-up shows the part most people never see: a vented ridge cap with tight, even seams and clean panel terminations. We set snow retention bars above the entry and garage so sliding snow drops where nobody parks or walks.

Matte Black Metal — Canyon Cabin
A steep-pitch cabin roof where fire resistance mattered as much as looks. Matte black standing seam panels over a fire-rated underlayment give the owners a Class A assembly, and the long unbroken panel runs carry pine needles and snow straight off the eaves instead of trapping them in the valleys.
